2. Venue Rental Agreement When renting Mi Caney’s venue, the following terms apply, as per the Venue Rental Agreement:
- The renter agrees to comply with all laws, regulations, and terms included in the rental contract.
- The venue is available from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, 7 days a week. The renter must vacate the premises by the end of the rental period.
- A rental deposit of 50% is required upon booking, and the remaining balance is due two days before the event.
- In the case of cancellation, refunds will only be provided if the event is canceled more than 3 days before the event date.
- The renter is responsible for any damages or losses caused to the venue during the rental.
3. Liability
- Mi Caney shall not be liable for any damages or losses suffered by the renter or attendees, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of Mi Caney.
- Mi Caney will not be responsible for any personal items lost or damaged during the event.
4. Intellectual Property
- The intellectual property rights for all materials on micaney.com are owned by Mi Caney. All rights are reserved. You may view and print pages for personal use but must not republish, sell, rent, or sublicense material from this website.

6. Governing Law
